We started out in 2003 making handmade cards. What started out for special friends eventually blossomed into something much bigger! Too big, in fact, to keep up with. When we're not wrapping glass beads around tiny pieces of cardstock, we're also in the midst of raising two very busy boys.
So we went back to the drawing board, and thought and thought. And started doing some paper piecing. (Around here, it's all about the paper.) And then there was a design. And a few more. And pretty soon there was a whole new line of greeting cards!
Most of our artwork originates as a paper pieced collage. Some artwork starts out tiny, other designs begin their life much larger. Some is even pieced from junk mail! Betcha couldn't tell! It's then modified on the computer, and can become a greeting card, gift tag-- or even a baby announcement. All cards, enclosures and gift tags are printed on 80% post consumer recycled cardstock, and we encourange recycling when you're done.
