SHIPPING
Q: When will my order ship?
A: We will make every effort to ship your order within 2 business days. Custom orders will take up to 7 business days. If you need your order quickly, please be sure to mention this on your order form under "additional information". A rush fee may apply for custom orders. You may also choose a faster shipping method for an additional charge. Our standard shipping is United States Postal Service Priority Mail, which generally takes 1-3 business days, depending on where you're located.
CUSTOM WORK
Q: I would like to customize a greeting card with my own phrase, or I have an idea for a card or invitation. Can you help me?

RETURNS
Q: The product is not quite what I had in mind. Can I return it?
A: First and foremost, we want you to be happy. Repackage your cards within 20 days of receipt with a note of explanation and a copy of the receipt. Make sure they are packaged correctly--we can not reimburse you if the cards are damaged on their way back to us. A credit will be placed on your credit card for returned items. Sorry, seasonal items (including holiday cards) may not be returned. Please ship carefully boxed and repackaged cards to:
